I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Sun Country Marine in Lake Havasu. From the sale of my pontoon boat to warranty repairs and a repair from my mistake, they have been very good to work with every step of the way. This boat means a lot to me. I bought it using my dad’s inheritance. Sun Country Marine helped make it possible for my wife and me to enjoy something special with my kids and grandkids, and that means more than I can put into words. They have treated me well, stood behind their work, and made the whole ownership experience much easier and more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their sales, service, and maintenance teams, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a boat or a place they can trust to take care of it.

I bought my boat from the OC Sun Country but have it stored in Lake Havasu. I have dealt with the Havasu Sun Country store for service and warranty issues since the delivery date. Derek is the point person that I have dealt with for over 3 years. This shop is phenomenal, honest, trustworthy, does what they commit to, and a place I feel great letting take care of my boat. They are on my team.

I have had great experiences with Derek Donovan, the Service Manager. I have had Cobalt boats for years and he most recently helped me get the rear facing camera replaced under Cobalt warranty. He was extremely helpful and got the job done on time and as agreed. I would highly recommend Derek and sun Country Marine in Lake Havasu.
