Great Service by Derek the manager from start to finish! We bought a used Bayliner just under $13000, we are from Texas and had our boat stolen, it was the same year make and model is the one we bought so we flew to Irvine and bought the boat on site. Derek was amazing you would’ve thought we spent $50,000 on a boat the way he took care of us! We had a shipper pick the boat up and bring it to Texas, his team worked great with the shipper and had it ready to go and spent extra time and effort to get it ready for a 1600 mile trip to us! Had a little issue with UPS and our title, Olivia did a great job making sure it got to us! I highly recommend them for anybody purchasing a boat!

The service I received from SCM, Inland was better than I expected. Long story long, I was in a tough situation because I store my boat in Lake Havasu. I had a warranty issue with my PCM motor and no one in Lake Havasu could see me due to busy schedules. (Prime boat season). Sun Country Marine in Havasu suggested I contact Mack in Irvine. Mack Barnett was a true gentleman. I'm very skeptical of boat repair shops and do most of my maintenance myself. However, this job was way above my pay grade. I was able to make an appointment and drop my boat off. Mack communicated with me through text messaging throughout the entire process. He knew we had trips planned and he treated me like I was Bentley owner (Nautique Boats) when I was a Toyota owner (Axis Boats). I was even allowed to check on my boat throughout the process of removing my engine. I'm a gear-head guy so this was really cool for me. The technician (Ivan Romero) was very skilled in his craft and I had a lot of confidence my boat was gonna be perfect. This place exceeded my expectations with customer service. I'm a retired firefighter and spent 30 years in the customer service business so I know how important it is. If I were to buy a new or used boat or need future repairs there is no other option for me. These boats are like new cars with complex computers so professionals are necessary for repairs. I take great pride in my boat and so did these guys and Sun Country Marine, (Irvine)
