I couldn't be happier with our experience with Sun Country in San Diego. Our initial boat purchase was handled by Jeremiah and it was everything we could have hoped for. Having purchased several boats in the past, I can honestly say that the sales and service experience has by far been the best we've ever been through. Service manager Casey and his team in the San Diego service department are awesome and have always responded quickly to get issues resolved so my family can get back on the water. Casey always responds right away to my calls and does everything he can to provide solutions. When the service team does any work on my boat, I've always been so impressed with how professional they've been. They show up with they say they will and they are honest about what the issues are. Casey and Joseph are always willing to explain what's going on with the boat so I'm able to learn more about the systems and what the best way is to keep my boat running perfect. Thank you Sun Country Coastal San Diego for making our boating experience so great!!

There are times you experience such great service, you have to take the time to review!! We could not be happier with the service we receive from Sun Country Coastal!! Their team responds quickly and is beyond competent and capable to fix our boat and get us back onto the water! It starts with Cara overseeing our service and making sure all needs are tended to quickly. The secret sauce has been Casey and his team getting the work done!! He responds with a positive attitude and jumps into action. No job is too big or too small, and he patiently makes sure the issue is solved. This summer, we were trying to take friends out on the boat and the engine was not responding properly. We called Casey and he showed up at the dock within a half hour of the distress call, worked for 2 hours and got us back on the water!! I cannot sing his praises enough!! Because of Sun Country Coastal, the stress has been taken out of owning a boat. Thank you so much everyone!!!

Such a calm, professional, individual who has the can do and will do attitude to address any needs! He’s responsive, communicates extremely well, and follows through until the job is done! My wife and I recently purchased a Prestige 460 from Sun Country. Michael Basso went out of his way to teach us how to operate the boat and get us off to a great start. Service manager Casey Day and his technician Joseph also met me on the boat, did some minor tweaking of some systems and were extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my follow up questions. I moved to SD from Chicago last year and have been working with Casey in Service and Robby in Sales. They are both fantastic and have gone above and beyond to help us service and sell our boat. (SDX290 2020) Casey’s responsiveness (always calls me back within 1 hour and emails back the same day) and willingness to go above and beyond is a testament to the organization and culture you guys have built. Can’t thank him enough for the level of service he’s given us. Top notch! Robby has been a great partner in helping us get the boat ready to be sold. He’s professional and knows the business inside and out. He has been an extraordinary partner.
